November, 29, the Honored Artist of Russia Galina Konovalova returned back home of  the Vakhtangov stage to perform as a Moscow cousin in the production “Eugene Onegin”after a break caused by a disease.The actress is worshiped by the audience; her appearance on the stage was met with thunderous applause. Galina Lvovna works in the theater for 75 years.

 She sees Theatre as her home, her love, her life. “When the audience receives me it may be compared to a battery recharge! You may be nearly deada and still it is encouraging. The breath lacks,
the heart beats in a crazy rhythm, and I feel a huge pleasure!” – These
words of Galina Konovalova could be attributed to all our actors of the
older generation, about whom the Vakhtangov company is so proud.Today Galina Konovalova has her parts in six theater productions. Nanny
Marina in “Uncle Vanya “, Moscow cousin in “Eugene Onegin”, Mother in
“Common Business”, Old maid in “The Queen of Spades”, Duenna in “Cyrano
de Bergerac” and, of course, Former actress in the imperial theater in the “The favorable participation”
in the anniversary production “The Haven”- each of the parts is
depicted with its unique charm, wisdom, sly coquetry and of tipical
