The theatre director Vladimir Ivanov has started the rehearsals of the new production “Don’t forget your umbrella, Madame Gauthier!”. The authors of the stage version are Yves Pleaux. The Artist – Maxim Obrezkov. Music – Tatiana Agaeva. The People’s Artist of the USSR Yulia Borisova is in the title role. In the role of Leger – the Honored Artist of Russia, Andrey Ilyin. Young graduates from the Boris Shchukin Theatre School, course of V.Ivanov, are involved in the new work: Ksenia Kubasova, Kiril Rubtsov, Olga Nemogay, Maria Berdinskikh, Anastasia Domskaya and others. The premiere of performance is scheduled to spring 2015 and will be timed to coincide with the opening of the New Stage of the Vakhtangov theatre.
