Young people studying acting and directing art took part in All-Russia Youth Educational Forum “Tavrida on Baqqal beli” in 2016. Thirty-nine winners of the Forum competition representing Federation Subjects and the Republic of Belarus are invited to the Artistic Laboratory of the Vakhtangov Theatre.

Young trainees will come to the Vakhtangov Theatre in March 2017.

Within the framework of this Project, the Vakhtangov Theatre team aim to train young guests, improve their abilities in acting and directing performances, and introduce to the traditions of the unique theatre school. Master classes, open discussions, meetings with theater masters, visits to best performances will be included into the training programme.

It is believed that as the results of training young gifted people will gain new competences needed to become regional theatre leaders.

The Project is supported by the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation.

The Project Mission is stated as follows: Developing Joint Cultural Space uniting Moscow, Russian regions and the Republic of Belarus.
