Galina Pashkova
People’s Artist of the RSFSR, the USSR State Prize LaureateGalina Alexeevna Pashkova was born on 31 December 1916.In 1935 she graduated from the Schukin Theatre School. The same year she entered the Vakhtangov Theatre.Brilliant Galina Pashkova was the leading actress of the Vakhtangov Theatre, the favourite of the Moscow audience.She worked with such directors as: D. А. Аndreyeva, S. N. Gerasimov, N. O. Gritsenko, B. E. Zakhava, I. M. Rapoport, А. I. Remizova, R. N. Simonov, E. R. Simonov, I. Tolchanov, А. P. Tutyshkin.Galina Alexeevna Pashkova died on 2 August 2002.
