Alla Kazanskaya

People’s Artist of RussiaAlla Kazanskaya was born on June 15, 1920.She was adopted to the Vakhtangov studio at the age of  15.She graduated from the Theater School BV Shchukin (course Tolchanov I. M, Alekseeva EG) in 1939.She worked in the theater of Eugene Vakhtangov from 1938  to 2008.Alla was a brilliant teacher at the Shchukin Theater School, Professor of actor skills.Among her students: S. Makovetsky, V. Simon, L. Nile, J. Rutberg, L. Velezheva, I. Klimov, A. Kravchenko, Siyatvinda.Alla Kazanskaya passed away on June  24, 2008.
